Requesting a Custom iValidate Profile or Attendance Event for Coyote Card Event Readers

Issue/Question

We need a custom profile with custom events added to an event reader

Environment

• iValidate
• Coyote Card
• iOS
• Event Reader

Cause

Some departments require special profiles and events for Coyote Card Event Readers

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Name of Event(s)
   2. Dates of Event(s)
   3. Profile Name
   4. Transact Attendance Event (if already exists and is known)
