Issue/Question

We need a custom profile with custom events added to an event reader

Cause

Some departments require special profiles and events for Coyote Card Event Readers

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Name of Event(s)
    2. Dates of Event(s)
    3. Profile Name
    4. Transact Attendance Event (if already exists and is known)

ITS STAFF ONLY

  1. If the event and profile have already been created, follow Processing Request for Event Reader Checkout
  2. Follow Coyote Card Attendance Event Creation
