Receiving Error in 25Live when Submitting Event

Issue/Question

I have elevated permissions in 25Live but now I can not make my own reservations

I cannot find my organization in the drop down menu

I cannot submit an event request. For the past two days I have been getting this error. 

Error: Cannot find a place to route this event.  Please check the event type, the dates, the organization name, and your security access.  You can also save the event as a Draft, and try routing again later

Cause

Event Type did not have the correct access

Resolution

1. Use the event type USD Meeting and tray again
2. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
   1. Error message
   2. Steps to recreate the issue
   3. What event type you are using for the reservation
