Colton Recital Hall Camera Controller Not Responding

Issue/Question

Our livestream camera in the Colton Recital Hall is not responding to the controller (Panasonic) we have up in the recording booth

Environment

• Colton Recital Hall
• Panasonic Camera Controller

Cause

IP Address of PTZ Camera has Changed

Resolution

1. Make sure the ENABLE button on the controller is blue, if not, press it until it turns blue and test again
2. If it is blue please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. When the Controller Stopped Working
