How do I refund a sale we ran while troubleshooting a POS

Environment

  • Touch Dynamic QK10 Point of Sale  (POS) Register
  • FreedomPay Device

Resolution

Note: Not all cashier ID's can process refunds

  1. Press Make a Selection
  2. Press Manager Override
  3. Enter Admin Cashier ID and Pin
  4. Press Manager Functions
  5. Press Transaction Type
  6. Press Refund
    Note: Choose same item used in sale and same card
  7. Press Item
  8. Press Credit
  9. Tap or insert card
