How do I refund a sale we ran while troubleshooting a POS
Environment
- Touch Dynamic QK10 Point of Sale (POS) Register
- FreedomPay Device
Resolution
Note: Not all cashier ID's can process refunds
- Press Make a Selection
- Press Manager Override
- Enter Admin Cashier ID and Pin
- Press Manager Functions
- Press Transaction Type
- Press Refund
Note: Choose same item used in sale and same card
- Press Item
- Press Credit
- Tap or insert card
