Updating Cell Phone Number for Faculty/Staff

How do I update my cell phone number?

Environment

Cause

I need to update my personal cell phone number

Resolution

  1. Log into Experience
  2. Click Employee Dashboard
  3. Click in the upper left corner
  4. Click Banner
  5. Click Personal Information
    • Click Directory Profile to view Home and Office information
    • Click Cell Phone Number Maintenance at the bottom of the list to change Cell phone number
    • If you already have an existing number, please update the existing one with the new one
      Note: If any information for Office needs to be updated, contact HR
  6. Click Submit to save

Note: You can only have one active phone number and cannot delete a phone number without replacing it with a new one

Note: If you want to delete an active phone number without inserting a new number, send a request to Human Resources
