An injury took place at work.

Resolution

  1. All workplace incidents resulting in an injury to a USD employee must be reported within 3 business days
  2. Contact Risk Administration Services, Inc (RAS) by toll-free at 888-585-5075 to speak with a licensed nurse
  3. The phone line is available 24 hours 7 days a week for the First Report of Injury (FROI) (Worker’s Compensation)
  4. Report workplace incidents to the USD Safety Officer
  5. Case Claim number associated to your FROI will be generated the following day and sent to you
