Printing from a USB Device

Can you use a Toshiba MFC to print from USB?

Environment

• USB Storage
• Multifunction Copier

Cause

If a file is stored on a USB, some machines such as Toshiba MFCs can release them as print jobs

Resolution

1. Insert flash drive
2. Sign into the copier with ID tap or USD credentials
3. Select appropriate cost center if multiple are present
4. Press the​button
5. Press the Print icon
   Note: A Found USB Device message should appear in the lower left of the screen
6. Select the file you want to print
7. Press the Print button
   Note: These instructions are specific to Toshiba MFCs, but other printers can have similar steps to utilize USB printing
