Cause

Office Printer Error

Resolution

1. Disconnect USB connection from printer to computer
2. Restart Computer
3. Restart Printer
4. Reconnect USB cable connection
5. If error appears, please contact the Service Desk with the following information

   2. Printer model
   3. Brief explanation of the issue or error displayed on the printer
