Issue/Question
Mouse is skipping and freezing
I have been trying to delete emails and sometimes I can delete them but not too often.
Environment
- Windows 7
- Windows 10
- Wireless Mouse
Cause
Mouse is too far away from receiver, battery needs replaced, or mouse is defective
Resolution
- Update Driver
- Move the receiver closer to the mouse
- Replace batteries in mouse
- If mouse is still erratic, it may need to be replaced
