Duo Not Allowing Me To Select My Authentication Method

Issue/Question

Duo is not allowing me to select my authentication method

Duo is asking me to use my Yubico Key without me selecting it

Environment

• Duo
• Yubico Key

Cause

Duo Universal Prompt chooses your login option automatically, selecting your most secure method

Resolution

1. If you want to select a different method to authenticate
   1. Cancel the authentication progress
   2. Click or tap Other Options
   3. Select the desired method
