How do I make a Panopto folder downloadable for my students?
Answer
In Panopto, you have the ability to make your videos available for download. This allows your students to download the videos, and watch them without having to have Internet access or access to the D2L course.
Folder Level:
- When in Panopto, click on the Gear icon in the right-hand corner
- Select the Settings tab on the left-hand side
- Under Downloads, click the drop-down and select Authenticated Users with Access
- Panopto will automatically save any changes
Individual Video Level:
- When in Panopto, hover of the video and select the Settings button
- In the Overview tab, there will be a drop-down next to Downloads
- Select Authenticated Users with Access
- Panopto will automatically save any changes.
