Requesting Shared Access in DocuSign

Issue/Question

I need to be able to send envelopes on behalf of another user in DocuSign.

I want to share my envelopes with another DocuSign user.

Can I get my department's shared envelopes?

Cause

With departments having multiple employees sending documents through DocuSign, sometimes others need to check the status of an envelope that someone else sent. Shared access is also used to manage envelopes on a department's account since nobody can sign in to the department's DocuSign account. Shared access also allows for users to send envelopes on behalf of another user, most likely a department. 

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. User's envelopes you would like to see
    2. Users who should be able to see that account's envelopes
