What is included in the main interface of Camtasia? 

Answer

The main Camtasia interface is divided into several areas:

  1. Menu bar: used to create, open, and save projects.
  2. Quick Access bar: used to begin recordings, import other media, and produce/share videos.
  3. Clip Bin: used to view imported media files.
  4. Task Tabs: used to add effects (zooms, pans, etc.).
  5. Timeline toolbar: used to access basic editing tools (i.e., cut and split).
  6. Timeline tracks: used to insert effects/images/videos into the timeline track.
  7. Timeline: used to create and edit video clips.
  8. Editing Dimensions: used to change the size of videos.
  9. Preview Window: displays a preview of the current state of your video.
  10. Video Controls: used to play/pause/etc. the Preview Window.
