How to copy an appointment in Outlook?

Answer

Suppose you are sharing a calendar with a friend. When you see a game that you want to attend, you can drag the appointment from the shared calendar to your own. 

Copying an appointment from one calendar to another is simple:

  1. In side-by-side mode, simply click the appointment to select it
  2. Then, drag it to the destination calendar as we've shown in the picture.
