Cannot Submit Quiz in D2L

I cannot submit a quiz or test in D2L

Respondus Lockdown Browser Error 105 is "The host name could not be resolved"

Environment

• Desire2Learn (D2L)
• Respondus Lockdown Browser

Cause

Network issues

Resolution

1. Verify that you are connected to the Internet
2. Contact your instructor to Resolve Quiz Attempt in Progress - D2L

Note: This issue only occurs when you are not connected to the Internet
