Question

How can I sort my classlist in D2L?

Answer

The classlist has tabbed viewing that allows you to view groups of similar individuals. The first tab displays everyone associated with the course by default. Students are displayed in another tab and instructors, graduate teaching assistants, tech fellows, k-12 students and guests each have an individual tab. 

  1. You can use the View By drop-down selection to view users, groups, or sections within the class
  2. When you select groups and click Apply to access another drop-down menu that has the list of all the groups within that course and you can select specific groups you want to look at.
    Note: This works the same way if you want to look at the sections in your course.
