Selecting the correct printer

Printer does not work

My printing goes to the wrong printer

I have tried to click on a pdf document to print and it goes to save to

Environment

• Windows 10
• Network printer
• Local printer

Cause

The Wrong printer was selected in the print dialog box

Resolution

1. Click File
2. Click Print
3. Select the correct printer from the list
4. Click Print
