USB Label Printer Not Working

The Brother label printer will not print

Environment

• USB Printer
• Windows

Cause

USB printer drivers need to be reinstalled

Resolution

1. Uninstall the printer in Windows
   1. Click
   2. Click
   3. Click Devices
   4. Click Printers & scanners
   5. Click the listing for the printer that is not working
   6. Click Remove device
   7. Click Yes
2. Follow Installing USB Printer to reinstall the printer
   Note: If this is a Brother label printer with Edit button, ensure Edit is Off and not lighted
