The camera on Surface Pro is not installed or functional

Environment

• Windows 10
• Microsoft Surface Pro

Cause

Driver and firmware need to be updated

Resolution

Note: System will reboot

1. Click the link next to your Surface Pro Model
2. Click Download
3. Choose SurfacePro_Win10 option
4. Click Next
5. Double Click downloaded file
6. Click Install
7. Click Next
8. Accept terms 
9. Click Next
10. Click Install
