Banner SHATERM Screen Not Showing Transfer Courses

Issue/Question

The SHATERM screen shows me the overall GPA and hours for a student, but does not show the course details for terms

Environment

  • Banner Admin

Cause

SHATERM requires the ID of the student, a level and optionally a term

If a term is entered, the screen will display coursework from the entered term forward

Resolution

  1. Enter the Student ID in the ID field
  2. Select the correct level for the information you are seeking
  3. Leave the Start term empty - the screen will display the information from the first term available
