Cannot See Attached Images In Xtender When More Than 100 Pages Attached

Issue/Question

The document in Banner I am viewing has more than 100 attached pages -- how do I see the pages above 100 in Xtender

Environment

• Banner Admin
  • Xtender

Cause

Large number of attached pages requires using page navigation buttons

Resolution

1. A document with over 100 attached pages requires using the left/right arrows in the Page box above the gallery area at the left of the screen
2. The Page box has left and right arrows for navigation as well as two numbers, the left number is which page you are currently on, the second page is the total pages attached
3. Use the arrow buttons to navigate pages above 100
