Adding Jaggaer Contracts Plus Add-in to Word

Trying to add the Jaggaer Add-in to Word

Error: Office store not available. Unfortunately, your organization has disabled access to the Office Store. Please contact your administrator to request access.

Environment

• Jaggaer​​​​​​ Contracts Plus
• Microsoft Word

Cause

Office Add-ins managed by USD

Resolution

Jaggaer add-in will already show in the Word ribbon. Do not need to add it.

If it does not show follow instructions below

1. Open Word
2. Click File
3. Click Options
4. Click Customize Ribbon
5. On right pane click  next to Home
6. Click Home
7. Click New Group
8. Click New Group (Custom)
9. Click Rename...
10. Type Jaggaer
11. Click OK
12. In left pane click the dropdown under Choose commands from:
13. Click All Commands
14. Go down to Show Taskpane
15. Left-click on the one with a red J
16. Click Add >>
17. Click OK
18. Jaggear add-in will appear in Home ribbon
