Image Not Found setting up Coyote Card Mobile

Issue/Question

Error: Image Not Found, we were unable to find an image associated with your Campus ID.  Please contact your system administrator. (error codes:5260, 6002, 6124)

Environment

• Coyote Card Mobile
• eAccounts
• Apple Wallet

Cause

Transact must have a picture on file to setup Coyote Card Mobile

Resolution

1. You must have a picture on file to use Coyote Card Mobile
   • Come to the Service Desk in I D Weeks Library room 104 to take your picture
     ~OR~
   • Submit Photo Online 
2. If you have your Coyote Card already or have Photo submitted, Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. ID
   2. Complete error message
