I need Titanium installed on my computer

These people need access to Titanium

I need Titanium mapped under my log in

I have followed the instructions provided to me for connecting to the Titanium electronic medical records system, but have received errors from my Mac.

We need to have a Titanium update installed

Environment

  • Titanium 

Resolution

Note: Only Supervisors can request access for employees, You cannot request access for yourself

Note:  Titanium does not have a Mac client

  1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
    Note: if this is a request to update Titanium we only need some times that work for the install
    1. USD Username or USD Email of the user(s) who need access
    2. Does the user need remote access or on-prem only?
    3. Department
