Canceling Registration for Fitness Class

cancel a registration for a fitness class

Environment

• USDFit
• Fusion 

Resolution

Using USDFit App

1. Choose My Membership
2. Click Programs 
3. Click Registrations
4. Scroll down to see a list of registrations
5. Click on the class you need to cancel the registration
6. Click 
7. Click on cancel registration
8. Confirm you want to cancel

Using Fusion Member Portal

1. Log into member portal 
2. Click on the menuin the top right corner
3. Click My Membership
4. Click Programs menu on the left hand side of the screen
5. Click the class you need to cancel the registration
6. Click  at the end of the row for that class
7. Click cancel registration
8. Confirm that you want to cancel the registration
