Shared Google Files Aren't Showing Up

When someone shares a Google file, I am getting a notice through my email, but the files do not show up in my drive.

I shared documents in my Google Docs and the recipient cannot see them

Every time I try to send a shareable Google Doc, it does not load a user

Resolution

Note: If you have trouble receiving shared Google Files, provide these instructions to the sharer

1. Open the Google File
2. Click Share in the top-right
3. Enter the names or email addresses for whom to share it with
4. Click Get shareable link 
5. Choose the correct Permissions settings
6. Click Copy link
7. Send the link to those with whom you wish to share the file
