Cause

Owner of the surveys is leaving USD

Surveys were all transferred to one person for merging usdsoe brand into southdakota brand and then they had to be reassigned to proper owners

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Qualtrics UserID
   2. Qualtrics UserID of person to transfer Surveys too
   3. If all surveys for the person need to be transferred, do not supply survey names
   4. If not all surveys are to be transferred, supply surveys names
