Uprint Finishing Options Not Working macOS

Issue/Question

Utilizing UPrint I no longer have access to the printers finishing functions (staple, hole punch etc).

Environment

  • macOS
  • UPrint

Cause

Options need to be enabled.

Resolution

  1. Open System Preferences
  2. Double Click Printers & Scanners
  3. Click UPrint
  4. Click Options & Supplies
  5. Click Options tab
  6. Click next to Finisher
  7. Select Finisher (2 Trays + 1 Fixed Tray)
  8. Click next to Hole Punch Unit
  9. Select 2/3 Holes
  10. Click OK
