Cause

Campus safety escorts is a service provided by the University Police Department for students and employees who feel more secure moving about campus in the company of a police officer.

Resolution

1. Safety Escorts are available seven days a week
2. Safety escorts to or from off-campus locations are not typically provided but may be available
3. To request a safety escort, call UPD at 658-6199.
   • You will be asked to provide:
     • Your name
     • Number of people to be escorted
     • Location
     • Contact phone number
     • Your destination
