Requesting Cisco Phone Changes

Issue/Question

Can we answer each other’s phones if the other person isn’t here/available

our mainline doesn’t “roll” to either of us 

How can I make a change to a Cisco phone's configuration

  • Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
  • Cisco Phone

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. The number(s) on which to make the change
    2. The desired change
