Note: We have attached detailed instructions with screen shots to assist with the account creation and open enrollment process
We have found it helpful if you:
- Use CHROME as your browser
- Have access to the email account you plan on using. This may be needed if login information has been forgotten and a verification code that will be emailed to you
- Have access to your DUO device if you are not using your own work computer
- Have any new dependent’s/beneficiary’s information (SSN and date of birth required)
Use Alex to make your Benefits Decision
- Take just a few minutes to let ALEX take the confusion out of benefits decision making
- You may review the Benefits Guide for information on eligibility and plan details.
Employee Space
- Click this link, Employee Space, then click Proceed to Employee Space in the middle of the page
- on the InforCouldSuite page Click the mySD button
- Sign in with your Email Address and Password that you had previously registered with
- Click Sign In
- Follow onscreen instructions to log in.
- When you have successfully signed into Employee Space, select Benefits, then select Open Enrollment in the menu bar on the left.
- If you need to submit any documentation to go with your elections, you may email that documentation to BHR by June 5, 2023 at benefitswebsite@state.sd.us
Note:
When you submit your elections, you will receive an email with a Benefits Confirmation Statement. If you do not submit your elections, your coverage will be defaulted as outlined above.
Please keep the Benefits Confirmation Statement for your records. Once enrollment ends the Benefits Team will begin to process your elections. You will receive an email when your elections have been finalized.
