Reporting ImageNow Document Doesn't Open to RIS

Issue/Question

ImageNow doesn’t open any docs. Here’s the error we are getting:

  • The ImageNow Server network connection is temporarily unavailable.  Try your request again later.
  • Path not found
  • Program not responding

Environment

  • ImageNow/Perceptive Content

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. User Id getting error
    2. What steps to get error
    3. Error message received
