Reactivating Coyote Card

Issue/Question

How do I reactivate my Coyote Card if I find my lost device?

Environment

  • Coyote Card
  • Coyote Card Mobile

Resolution

Note:  You can reactivate your Coyote Card using the eAccounts Application OR the eAccounts Web Version

  1.  In the eAccounts Application
    1. Click in the upper right corner
    2. Select Card Management 
    3. Choose credential to reactivate 
    4. Toggle
      • = On  
      • = Off
         
  2. In the eAccounts web version
    1. Select Card Services
    2. Select Activate Card
    3. Select credential to reactivate
  3. You will receive a confirmation email
