What if I lose my Coyote Card?

What if I lose my device with my Coyote Card Mobile?

What if I suspect fraud on my Coyote Card?

1. Deactivate your Coyote Card or mobile card
   1. Update the eAccounts application OR eAccounts Web Version
      1. eAccounts Application
         1. Click settings gear in the upper right corner
         2. Select Card Management option
         3. Choose credential to deactivate 
         4. Toggle to Off
            Note:  You will receive a confirmation email,  Only the selected card will be deactivated,  All other credentials will remain active
      2. eAccounts web version
         1. Select Card Services
         2. Select Deactivate Card
         3. Select credential to deactivate
         4. Click on Deactivate Card
            Note:  You will receive a confirmation email, Only the selected card will be deactivated,  All other credentials will remain active
2. Request a replacement card, the cost for replacement cards is $20.00
   • Stop by the Coyote Card Office in I D Weeks Library room 104
   • Submit a replacement request online ID Request
3. If you identify any fraudulent activity (examples below) contact the Coyote Card Office
   1. Purchases using
      1. Coyote Cash
      2. Flex
      3. USD Print Debit
   2. Door Access
