Roku Device Will Not Stay Connected to Smart Device Network

Issue/Question

I am trying to connect my Roku Express Plus to the smart devices network. It will connect for a little bit and then disconnect in the middle of installing something. I have gotten nowhere and now it will not even connect.

Environment

  • Smart Devices Network 
  • Roku Express+

Cause

USB power cable is connected to TV not the wall charger

  1. Connect the USB power cable to the wall
