Cause

Resolution

  1. Verify that a network cable is being used to connect to the wall port
  2. Unplug the power and plug it back in
  3. If the CC machine still does not work, please contact the Service Desk with the following information
    1. Location of the machine
    2. Serial Number
    3. Make and Model
