Unable to update profile in D2L

Error: Internal Error  There was an error processing the page you requested.

Environment

• Desire2Learn(D2L)

Cause

Entry in homepage in D2L profile

Resolution

1. Delete entry in Homepage field
   ex. /29883/Homepage.html
2. Click Save and Close
3. Logout of D2L
4. Login to D2L
