How do I request a feature request for a MS Access application

  • MS SQL Server

Cause

There are multiple reasons a change request for an application could be made

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Application or script to modify Note: Provide the location of application or page as necessary
    2. Specific change(s) requested
    3. Purpose of change(s)
