Requesting to Extend Use of Checkout Equipment

Issue/Question

Can I extend the use of the hardware I checked out

I forgot equipment at home, can my reservation be extended? 

Environment

• Cheqroom
• Equipment Checkout

Resolution

1. The maximum length of time an item may be checked out is 7 days
2. One renewal is allowed for a maximum checkout of 14 days (dependent on equipment availability)
   • Extensions must be requested 24 hours prior to return date
3. Please contact the Service Desk with the reason the extension is requested, and they will see if it is available to extend
   Note:  If the equipment is late the extension will be denied
