Unable to log into KnowBe4 training

Issue/Question

I am trying to do this training that is due, but it just keeps bouncing me back and forth between two screens.

Environment

Cause

What is needed to log into each page is not the same

Resolution

  1. On the KnowBe4 screen
    1. Enter your full email address
  2. On the USD screen 
    1. Enter your USD Username and password
  3. Test a different Internet browser
  4. Clear Cache and cookies
