Cannot connect to the shared drive

I need help connecting this computer to the network drive

Error: Network Drive is not a valid path

Error: You do not have permission to access\\usd.local\storage\...

Environment

• Windows 10

Cause

Resolution

1. Open web browser
2. Navigate to a website to verify network connection
3. If connected, reboot computer
4. Log-in to the computer
5. If Shared drive does not reconnect, please contact the Service Desk with the following information
   1. Name
   2. Phone Number
   3. Shared drive name
