User needs access to Adobe Spark / Creative Cloud Express

Resolution

Note: For computers with a Creative Cloud Device License, Adobe Express must be accessed by signing into the Creative Cloud Desktop Application with your USD Credentials and clicking on Adobe Express

  1. Go to https://www.adobe.com/express/
  2. In the upper right corner, click Sign In
  3. Click Log In With Adobe ID
  4. Enter your USD email
  5. Choose Company or School Account
  6. Log in with USD credentials
  7. Adobe Spark web page should appear
