Software Not Pushed to Computers

Issue/Question

This software wasn't pushed to their computers, how do we get it installed?

Environment

  • USD computers
  • Windows
  • Software Center

Cause

Software Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) client is corrupted

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. User name of person who does not have software installed
    2. Tag number of computer software should be installed on
    3. Software package that should be installed

  1. Company Portal by Intune is the replacement for Software Center.  Build and deploy from there.
  2. Follow SCCM Client and Software Center Reporting or Install Issues
