Webex is Not Working

Issue/Question

I am unable to start a meeting with the WebEx application.

Sound does not work at times. Goes in and out. For some video not available.

Environment

• Cisco Webex

Cause

Possible WebEx Outage

Resolution

1. Check status of WebEx Incidents
   1. If incident is active try accessing WebEx later
