Creating and Retrieving Outlook Template

Issue/Question

I do not seem to be able to save any new templates in outlook-desktop

Environment

• Outlook
• Office365

Cause

Outlook desktop template is limited to 32 kb

Resolution

1. Follow steps for creating and save template
2. Follow steps for retrieving saved template
