I need to purchase a license for PC SAS

I need SAS installed on my personal computer

I am requesting a license for SAS software. 

Environment

• PC SAS

Resolution

Note: SAS is licensed for use on one University owned computer and one personally owned computer
Note: If SAS needs to be installed on two University owned systems, two licenses need to be purchased
Note: SAS will work on windows platform only

   1. Name
   2. Phone number
   3. Department
   4. Index Number to charge ($94 for FY24)
   5. NI tag number of USD computer that software will be installed on
