Granting Users access to Nuventive in Azure Active Directory

How to grant users access to the Nuventive user group in Azure AD

Environment

• Azure Active Directory (AAD)

Cause

Resolution

1. Navigate to the group members tab for the USD-NuventiveUsers group in AAD
   Note: you must be an Owner of the group to proceed
2. Enter your email address and hit Next
3. Click Work or school account
4. Sign in to the USD SSO page with your credentials
5. Click Add members
6. Search for the user you would like to add
7. Click the user and click Select
   Note: the user has now been added
8. Sync the Azure AD Group
   1. Login to Nuventive
   2. In the top dropdown, select – Platform Administrator
   3. Click the top left  menu button and choose the Personnel table
   4. On the top right there is a button there you will find a Sync Users option
   5. On the next page click the Sync button
9. If you are unable to run the sync, reach out to Nuventive support and ask them to run a sync of the Azure AD group
