Connecting Telepresence Robots to the Network

Issue/Question

We are trying to get the Telepresence robots to work, but we are having issues with connecting the robots to the university's network.

The user was trying to connect the robot with the WiFi and getting an error as "You have been quarantine, NAT Device detected

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Type of Robot being used
    2. Location 
    3. MAC Address
